Enter your project area & select bed thickness (6mm / 8mm / 10mm) to estimate how many 20 KG bags you need.
Standard: 20 KG Bag (Total: 100 KG)
*Note: Coverage is based on standard technical mortar density. Actual consumption may vary marginally based on substrate levelness and notched trowel angle.
Ensure the surface is completely cured, structurally sound, clean, level, and free of dust, dirt, or oil. Lightly dampen the surface with water before application.
Gradually add the 20 KG powder to clean water (approx. 5 to 6 liters). Mix manually or with a slow-speed stirrer to achieve a smooth, lump-free paste. Let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes, then remix before use. (Pot life is approx. 60 minutes).
Spread the adhesive uniformly on the prepared surface using a suitable notched trowel (up to 10mm thickness). For large format tiles or stones, apply a thin layer of adhesive on the back of the tile as well (back-buttering) to ensure 100% coverage.
Press the tile firmly into the wet adhesive with a slight twisting motion within the open time (30 minutes). Tap gently with a rubber mallet to eliminate air pockets.
Clean any excess adhesive from the tile face and joints with a damp sponge immediately before it dries. Allow at least 24 hours to cure before grouting or permitting foot traffic.
