DIRECTIONS FOR USE

PREPARE

Ensure the surface and AAC/ACC blocks are clean, structurally sound, and free of dust, dirt, oil, or any loose particles. Lightly dampen the blocks with water before application.

MIX

Gradually add the 40 KG powder to clean water. Mix manually or with a slow-speed stirrer to achieve a smooth, lump-free paste. Let the mixture rest for 5-10 minutes, then remix before use. (Pot life is approx. 120 minutes).

Trowel

APPLY

Spread the adhesive uniformly on the block surface using a suitable notched trowel. A 5mm notched trowel is recommended for optimum coverage (2-3 KG/M²). The maximum thickness of the adhesive can be up to 5MM to 10MM as per requirement.

FIX

Place the blocks firmly into the wet adhesive and check the alignment. Tap gently with a rubber mallet to ensure 100% contact and eliminate air pockets. Complete the fixing within the 20-minute open time.

CURE

The product is self-curing. Clean any excess adhesive from the joints immediately with a damp sponge. Allow at least 24 hours for proper setting before proceeding with further construction (Traffic Time).
